MOSCOW, Oct 31 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court has upheld legality of a tax authority decision to charge an additional 70 million rubles in profit tax from mobile operator VimpelCom, working under the Beeline brand, according to the court’s move disclosed on Tuesday.
The court declined VimpelCom’s application challenging the decision of an inter-regional inspection of the Federal Tax Service as of March 31, 2016. The tax authority brought the company to responsibility for committing a tax infringement and obliged it to pay the delinquent tax and penalties.
The court’s move will come in force in a month if not contested.
